From 09/03/2011 to 04/23/2011 is again Lent. Not religious, but quite in order to provide the self-discipline in question, I want something fast again. But what? - Health is to be the sacrifice. So far is the issue:
Ø no alcohol
Ø [anyway] any meat / fish
Ø No chocolate / crisps / biscuits
Ø coffee
Other suggestions?
Add. During past periods of fasting I have already vegan diet or waive any social communities . Both I will never run voluntarily.
